• 03 Demo Appointment On the day of the oven demo, we kindly request you to bring your testing ingredients to our store.
  For any special ingredients that require our assistance in preparation, please inform us at least 5 days in advance.
• 04 Order Confirmation Upon confirmation of the size, model, specifications, and other details for your oven, we will provide a formal quotation.
  To proceed with the order, we kindly ask you to pay the deposit in advance.
  After confirming the deposit is received, we will schedule the installation time with you within 5 to 7 business days.
• 05 Oven Installation Our installation staff will perform on-site installation according to the order details.
  Upon completion, they will demonstrate the basic operation and provide on-site instruction on a few simple dishes.
• 06 Closed After confirming that the product is correct, the final payment of the order will be charged. assist you.
